On this day 4/23/2016 at 2:07 P.M. PST  this is a new provisional Patent application for a new Idea occurred to me watching Mom trim the tops of the fox tails off out in the sun with the scissors so I can mow them. This new Idea relates to an old idea that was used for hair cuts called the flow-bee and actually vacuumed your hair up into the blades to cut them even. This new idea is an attachment for existing weed eaters and will work like a weed blower in reverse attachment with blades and a back pack to hold the grass clippings. for those skilled in the art this is a modified attachment and is not limited to design or function. :-)
